Dream Analysis

Posted by – April 30, 2009

Dream analysis is a field that dates back thousands of years.  Priests in Egypt helped people find messages from the gods in their dreams.  Ancient Greeks believed similarly.  They had temples dedicated to healing where priests would help people interpret their dreams, hoping to find the secrets to health revealed by the gods.  That was really not so different from modern psychoanalysts who try to help people determine their mental state as revealed in their dreams.  But not everyone has time to visit a psychoanalyst.  The Internet is a source of dream information.

dream analysis

Dreams A Dream Dictionary, is a great website for dream analysis.  It includes almost every item you’ll see in a dream.  Then it explains the significance of each of these.  Past articles have discussed many of the categories found in this website.  This article covers more of the everything else category.

Clouds in dreams have a similar meaning to their motion through the skies.  Dream analysis of clouds is pretty straightforward.  Everyone has watched the clouds float by at one time or another.  Clouds tell us a lot about the wind and the weather.  In dreams they mean transition.  People constantly change.  Confusion is shown with dark clouds.  Transition often brings feelings of confusion and helplessness.

dreams analysis

Dream analysis treats coffins negatively.  Everyone knows the coffins are associated with death.  In a dream some people see a coffin while others are inside a coffin.  Inside a coffin is simple.  It relates to unpleasant matters.  Often if a person is looking at a coffin in a dream it relates to the end of something, burying an event or idea.  If you see someone else inside the coffin that could mean a desire to bury your relationship with them.  It’s not always bad when something comes to an end.  Dream coffins aren’t always terrible.

Lots of people watch court television.  Dream analysis covers courts to.  Courts help people resolve situations.  Resolution is represented by a court in a dream.  Courts can also be bad.  Judgment and conflict are negatives for a lot of folks.  That is a possible meaning of a court in a dream.

Free Online Dream Interpretations

Posted by – April 30, 2009

It’s not difficult to find free online dream interpretations.  It’s an interesting subject.  In the ancient world sorcerers and priests helped people interpret the dreams they had.  It was believed that gods sent important communications via dreams.  Let’s take a look at Dreams an Online Dream Dictionary.

On the site dream images are separated into various categories.  Each dream item is listed and a detailed description given for that item.  The animal category includes a lot of animals people might see in a dream.  Every animal has a meaning of its own.  There may be some meaning to the dream based on what’s happening in the waking world.  These things have similar meanings for various people, because we are all brought up in the same society.  Objects and actions have meanings taken from our cultural view of the world.

One of the categories in this site that offers free online dream interpretations is color.  Let’s take a look at what some of the colors mean.  Black is a color that has to do with loneliness in a period of transition or change.  It might signify conflict, maybe arguments, with people you know.  The color red relates to passionate feelings.  It represents powerful reactions to other people.  Blue generally means calm.  Blue in a dream denotes happiness.  The site discusses each of the major colors and their significance.

Each of the seasons has a meaning as well.  And this site that offers free online dream interpretations explains them all.  Spring is about new life.  In a dream it means optimism about something that’s happening in the future.  Or maybe you are happy with a friend or significant person in your life.  Summer is about being prosperous.  Dreams of summer mean a fulfilled life.  Autumn denotes flux.  Autumn dreams might mean the dreamer is expecting something bad or something good.  Winter is the season of rest.  For example, bears hibernate in the winter.  It means you’re happy and expect to reap the rewards of good financial planning.

The final category is a catchall.  It includes people, health, situations, places, everything else not covered in the previous categories.  Navigation here is via the alphabet.  Accident is one of the items here.  Accidents denote the unexpected.  It could be that you’re feeling threatened by a perceived unknown.  The catchall category in this site a free online dream interpretations includes hundreds of other items to explore.

Sleep Dreams

Posted by – April 30, 2009

Sleep dreams, aka. a dream, is an experience many people have when they sleep.  They come from the inner, hidden mind.  In dreams many images and objects spin together in a sometimes nonsense way.

sleep dreams

A Google search is a great way to learn about something.  There are many interesting images associated with sleep dreams.  One comes from a tattoo web site.  It’s a child’s head floating over a field by the ocean.  It portrays the jumble of many dreams.  As a whole they’re nothing but a mess.  Someone would be hard pressed to determine their relationship to each other.  But they make some sense in the dreamer’s life.

Another photo that comes up for the search term sleep dreams is of a woman sleeping.  There are electrodes connected to her face and forehead.  Her dreams are being studied.  The article, in Scientific American, relates new discoveries into dreaming.  Sleeping less may lead to dreaming more.  A good night’s sleep the day after not sleeping will likely include a lot of dreams.  The reason is that people who are very tired sleep more deeply.  The formula for dreaming is now revealed.

dream sleep

Another sleep dreams photo is more of a cartoon drawing.  Here more of the jumbled dream imagery is seen.  A young girl sleeps in bed.  Her bed is next to a tree with animal heads growing from its branches.  Standing on top of her head board is a bird and a tiny house with legs.  There is a fish in the bed next to her.  A tentacled owl watches her from the foot board of the bed.  The bed floats in the sky.  What looks like a satellite, and some shooting stars, pass by.  It’s not a dark drawing.  The girl is smiling.

Another image for sleep dreams is also a cartoon drawing.  It’s of a man sleeping in bed.  We know he was cold.  Because now he has pulled the radiator from the wall.  He’s using it like a cover.  It must be a dream because nobody can sleep under a radiator.

dreams and sleep

Google lists over 4,350,000 images for sleep dreams.  That’s a lot to seeSleep dreams results in over four million hits on Google.  Pick one to explore.

Dream Kelly

Posted by – April 30, 2009

There is a young model with a website that matches her name.  She is Dream Kelly, a popular adult star.  She is the star of a few sites.  Other sites feature her was well.

dream kelly

The primary web site bears her name, Dream Kelly.  The website offers a free gallery which includes pictures of her clothed, and censored pictures of her nude.  The censored pictures either hide certain areas bright stars, or with small spots of blur.  Oddly, one of the pictures that’s censored doesn’t censor any part of her body.  The front of a box of cereal is obscured.  That’s because brands don’t like to be seen in places without their express permission.

Free advertising may seem desirable.  But it really does make sense.  Companies take great pains to create certain associations with a brand.  Froot Loops is a kid’s cereal.  Connection to an adult site would be negative for them.

No adult web site is complete without previews – Dream Kelly has both videos and pictures.  The videos are teasers to encourage joining the site.  Membership costs $29.99 each month.  The site also has a $2.93 three day trial.  This allows people to get a complete idea of what this site offers.

Adult sites used to offer free trial periods.  Dream Kelly learned from their mistakes.  People grab everything in three days never to return.  Kelly would be unemployed at that rate.

The image sets on Dream Kelly are themed.  Themes are things like her in the park.  Also, according to the preview section, there is a pictorial of her doing homework while undressing.  People don’t often do homework in the nude.  But whatever sells memberships.

There’s a MySpace profile for Dream Kelly.  It encourages people to visit the site.  She maintains a blog which does the same.  She also maintains smaller sites.  These serve as portals to attract more members.  In addition, this popular model appears on third-party portal sites.  These are usually affiliates who receive money when people register.

It might be nice to meet the one and only Dream Kelly.

Hiring A Good Celebrity After Dinner Speaker

Posted by – April 30, 2009

When looking for a celebrity speaker be very careful as some of the speakers on the circuit maybe well known but not very good at speaking. If you get the correct speaker for your event it will surely be a great success.

Celebrity after dinner speaker can cost a lot of money to hire and it does not necessarily mean that you are getting a good one just because of their price, make sure that you do your research and if possible get some testimonials.

A famous footballer, politician, tv presenter or even a famous businessman does not make them a successful entertaining speaker. Famous people are not necessarily good at delivering the right speech for your event, be very careful when deciding what you need from your speaker.

The most difficult part of an event to get right is the after dinner speaker. Having experience in selecting an after dinner celebrity speaker is useful, however some speaker do not always work with certain types of audiences. Do not forget to consider the type of speaker that your audience would expect.

The after dinner speaker works in a different environment to that of the comparatively thoughtful conference or workshop, but that does not mean to say that they don’t put a great deal of thought into their presentation.

After dinner speakers are, as suggested, at the end of the meal and evening and you need to make sure that they leave your guests with a lasting impression and always wanting more.

Whatever your needs are make sure that you go onto the internet and do a lot of research. There are many sites which can help and as some celebrities can cost thousands just for a few hours work, it will certainly be worthwhile. Dont just look for websites where you can hire celebrities but take note to look for testimonials and reviews from companies that have actually ran events and hired speakers. Also, remember to book well in advance as they can be very popular.

The Art Of Collecting Coins

Posted by – April 30, 2009

Today, there are thousands and thousands of people that are enjoying coin collecting and these numbers are continually growing, which is a welcome change from the situation that existed prior to the year 1999. The fact that the material from which US coins were being made has changed significantly after 1960s and this has lead to a decline in popularity of coin collection as a hobby.

Coin Collecting Gains Momentum

A major cause behind decline in the coin collecting habit was replacement of silver with a base metal which made it difficult to find suitable old coins. However, the year 1999 saw the advent of the 50 State Quarters Program when the first State Quarters were issued that honored the US state of Delaware.

This 50 State Quarters Program reignited interest in coin collecting and it led to more people taking up coin collections as a serious hobby. However, the reasons why people become interested in coin collecting are as diverse and different as the coins themselves. People might want to collect coins on account of the fact that those coins were minted in the year that their children were born, or they might start collecting coins with a view to selling them off later when their value appreciates.

The best example of how coin collecting can prove to be a profitable exercise is exemplified in the case of one Louis E. Eliasberg Sr. whose collection of coins, after his death, fetched his heirs a whopping forty-four million dollars.

To easiest way to start a collection is through date-and-mint coins. The Lincoln cent that is issued each year is an example of how to go about adding coins to your collection. Or, you might want to collect coins according to certain coin types and rather than collect coins from each year and according to mink-marks it might be a better idea to collect coins from a particular series as well as from a particular mint.

Mint error coins too make ideal coins that every one that is interested in coin collecting should think about including in their coin collections. To make coin collecting easier why not also make use of coin collecting software of which you will come across different types though each will help you with different aspects of coin collecting.

With a little bit of luck, you might even succeed in adding some very valuable and perhaps even rare coins to your collection and then you can reap a tidy profit by selling them off later when they are much in demand and when their value appreciates sufficiently to warrant selling them off.

There has been a marked increase in the number of people who intend to collect valuable antique coins and hence the demand for coin collections like Obama coin collection and bible coin collection has increased to a large extent. Consequently the obsession of coin collection has also resulted in the demand of, free coin collecting software, kids coin collection book and other coin collecting accessories.

Which Art Auction Magazine Suits You?

Posted by – April 30, 2009

art appraisal

An art auction magazine isn’t just about where you can find contemporary art for sale. It’s not a mere compendium of fine art auctions or contemporary art prices. Art auction magazines aim to introduce readers to new artists or galleries, provide interviews with master painters and photographers, offer ideas on innovative ways to collect and decorate, and report on late-breaking news in the shadowy world of art crime. The best way to explore a hobby or interest is to immerse oneself in it, which is why an auction magazine is the perfect catalyst.

Art & Antiques focuses on art crimes, travelers in search of international art, art book reviews, emerging artists and practical articles on art collecting. Collectors can find reviews on new artists and books here as well. It’s really easy to find an appraiser who would like to take a look at one’s collection by simply sending in a photo of the items in question. The highlight of this particular magazine is the “Editor’s Pick” section, which gives the busy art lover a quick glimpse of the essential articles. Some October articles include: Enter the surreal and whimsical world of Dutch designer Hella Jongerius, Demand for antique garden ornaments is on the rise among American collectors and WEB EXCLUSIVE: Private dealer Joan Mirviss opens a brick-and-mortar location in New York. Subscriptions cost $40/year for 12 print issues.

ArtNet online magazine lets people browse their catalog of works by modern contemporary artists, track the art market and peruse the price database. One of the magazine’s highlights is the easy-to-use section to search for upcoming fine art auctions. Look up galleries, artists and events with one mouse click! Some October topics include: Hidden Depths In the Drawings of Domenico Zindato, The Frieze Art Fair In London, Why You Should Give a Crap About Chris Ofili’s New Paintings and Shirana Shahbazi’s New Work Reacts Against Images of Iran. For $30/month, subscribers can perform 10 database searches (or $80 for a professional who plans to make 30 searches per month). While one can read many of the articles on the site for free, the subscription-based service allows art collectors to research how much their artwork is worth and find the best deals on much-coveted pieces. Rare works can be viewed by artist and specific market changes can be monitored.

In Art + Auction Magazine, subscribers get special news features, an events calendar, book and art reviews, market trends and inside trading information, art and collector profiles and international stories. Since roughly 45% of the art auction magazine contains advertising, browsers are likely to find a gallery, an art auction house, art dealer, or other place to buy original art. Subscriptions for 12 issues of the print magazine cost around $80/year.

It’s never fun to receive just bills in the mail. An art auction magazine is something to look forward to, something to browse on that half hour break at work or on a Saturday afternoon at the beach. These magazines are essential to anyone who’s ever visited an art museum or an art auction house and wondered, “How much is this worth” or “What was the painter thinking when he made this brush stroke?”

You Can Read Comic Books In Many Ways

Posted by – April 30, 2009

comic book art

There are countless ways to read comic books in 2008. Dating back to the 1930s, kids would take their nickels into the local comic book store to buy and read the latest graphic novels. They loved the feel of the paper, the way the colors jumped out at them and the portability of taking it anywhere they needed to be. Today, kids have unlimited ways to experience their favorite characters, whether on a DVD, on their iPhone or on their laptop.

Many fans just want to read comics for free. After all, that’s what the internet and peer-to-peer is all about, right? There are a few databases offering graphic novels for free. Manga comics, like Naruto, Bleach, Love Junkies, Pokemon and Vampire Knight can be found at www.mangafox.com and www.mangavolume.com, for instance. More than three hundred conventional classics from DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, Vertigo, Wild Storm and Oni can be found at www.lorencollins.net/freecomic. Fans looking for “Golden Age” comics can find comic book series like “Tales of Horror,” “Out of the Shadows,” “Jumbo Comics,” “Exciting Comics” and “The Perfect Crime” (with characters like Ibis the Invincible and Blue Beetle) at www.comicweb.com/onlinecomics.htm. Other comics from that time period, like “Baffling Mysteries,” “Strange Fantasy,” “Underworld,” “Famous Funnies,” “Forbidden Worlds” or “Whiz Comics” can be viewed at www.goldenagecomics.co.uk. Additionally, for fans of DC comic book characters, the first five issues of each major series are being offered as free PDF downloads at www.ugo.com.

Of course, not everyone feels like sitting inside to read comic books in their rooms all day long. Now fans can take their favorite comics graphic novels outside, on the bus, into the lunchroom or on break at work with Nintendo DS portable players, iPods and iPhones. “Comic Book DS” is a neat application that can be downloaded at www.4colorrebellion.com/archives/2006/10/09/comic-book-ds-homebrew-impressions/#more-3930, so that comics can be read on Nintendo DS systems. For the iPhone or iPod Touch, fans will need the “ComicZeal” program, which can be purchased for $1.99 at www.igoapps.com/page/detail/ComicZeal/2946. To read comics on a laptop, a program like Adobe Acrobat Reader will likely be required.

So where does this take the future of comics? Marvel Comics Publisher Dan Buckley says they want people to read comic books using new formats, but they’re still undertaking research to see where their time and efforts are best spent. “We’re still quibbling about what the primary form of revenue will be,” Buckley said, relaying that some comics can be found online for free. “We don’t want to do anything to hurt anybody in the short term,” he added, meaning the independent comic book store. In general, the comic book industry agrees that the internet can be a great way for comics to gain a larger audience.

It’s Simple to Play in an E Lottery Syndicate

The UK Lotto is one of the richest tax-free, lump-sum lotteries in the world. It is played two times a week and has a record jackpot of £42 million – you can watch the draw live BBC television. Every Wednesday and Saturday players have the chance to win a jackpot worth millions of pounds!

elottery syndicates

A great way of increasing your chances of winning the lottery is by joining a syndicate. People get a greater chance of sharing a win on the lottery when they play in a syndicate and pool their entries. According to Camelot, the company which runs the UK National Lottery, syndicates win a quarter of all jackpots! Elottery now allows you to play in a syndicate with a difference.

When playing the UK Lotto with elottery, you will be automatically placed into a syndicate of 49 members for both draws (Wednesday and Saturday) each week. Each syndicate has 44 entries (lines) into each UK Lotto draw. Each of the 44 lines share five common numbers plus one unique number between 1 and 49 (these unique numbers are the 44 remaining numbers after your syndicate has been given their 5 common numbers).

You don’t have to worry about finding members as you do in most syndicates. E lottery fill all the syndicates, so each of the other places in your syndicate is taken by other members who could be located almost anywhere around the globe. If there are any empty places in your syndicate they will be filled by the company. That way you can be sure that your syndicate’s numbers are always entered in every draw.

Becoming a member of an elottery syndicate is very straightforward. To begin your application online you just fill in your name and email address in the ‘Join Now’ box which you will see o the left hand side and then click the submit button. Then, simply just follow the steps on the form. There is no set time that you have to play for. On joining you can choose to pay weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks. You can also suspend your subscription at any stage and for any length of time.

You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been accepted (this is usually within moments of your online application being submitted) and will be playing in the next UK Lotto and/or EuroMillions draw. Applications accepted before 6.00 pm UK time on the day of a draw will allow you to play in that day’s draw.

Finally, e lottery’s parent company, VWD, is a member of the UK Lotteries Council of Great Britain so you can rest assured you are joining a legitimate, reputable syndicate. Be Lucky!

E Lottery: The Smarter Way to Play is With E Lottery

elottery

I really enjoy playing the lottery. I used to buy my lottery tickets twice a week and pray that I’d win a lot of money. I didn’t have much luck which motivated me to study other methods of playing lottery which would increase my probability of winning. I have discovered that you can actually play the lottery online in a way that will mean you are seven times more likely to win. I have discovered one of the easiest ways to play online is called e lottery. When I joined I was automatically added to a syndicate with it’s own unique syndcate numbers. Initially I was having a little doubt about e lottery as they projected that the chances of wining euromillions are increased by 3600% by playing in one of their e lottery syndicates. However, as I checked the website out thoroughly I was able to find answers for all my questions and I was struck by what a very good idea the elottery system is. I was able to read about others that had played elottery and how their numbers had paid off. I was sure that it wan not another internet money scan and real people were winning real money. Elottery are also keen to make sure that its participants know that they are a member of UK Lotteries Council. It was a nice feeling to know that this was not a lottery scam to take all my money.

I was really excited to know too that the UK lotto and Euromillions – the two lotteries that elottery is associated with – are the largest lump sum, tax-free lotteries in the world. They don’t take any money out of my winnings. I Also like it because it takes the stress out of playing. I never give  a second thought on my tickets. Getting my winnings is simple with my e lottery syndicate, they send them directly to me. I don’t even have to check a ticket as it is all done automatically. I still like the anticipation of watching the live draws though! It is so simple, fun and convenient to use. I couldn’t believe I didn’t know about elottery earlier. I have told all my friends and now they are using it as well. I haven’t won the jackpot yet but I have had a consistent number of small wins which all add up, and in this day and age every little helps!
